She joined Coldplay to perform Oasis hit Don't Look Back In Anger, recalling how city centre crowds had spontaneously burst into a rendition of the song in the days after the Manchester bombing.

Ariana Grande fans have described the nerves and excitement they felt before Sunday's huge One Love Manchester concert. Confetti burst following the performance. But perhaps the most special moment - or at least the moment that's making Twitter emotional is when a Manchester police offer started dancing in a circle with a group of kids attending the concert. It was only the girls' enthusiasm to see Grande and the all-star cast of artists the singer had assembled for the show that convinced her, said Davies.

Katy Perry also left a mark with her resilient performance: She sang a stripped down version of her hit, "Part of You". "Put your hand up if you're not gonna let go". I'd like to wrap my arms around each and every one of you and tell you thank you from the bottom of our hearts for having us.

"It's not easy to always choose love, especially in moments like these, it can be the most hard thing to do, but love conquers fear and love conquers hate". "I want to thank you so much for coming together and being so loving and strong and unified". "We need to show that we are not scared", he said, before joining his family in a frenzied round of selfie-taking.

Britain said on Monday intelligence service MI5 was reviewing its processes following a suicide bomb attack which killed 22 people in Manchester, as questions continue over how much the authorities knew about the assailant.

The singer's Instagram account is filled with images of the One Love Manchester poster as well as two pics from Ariana's compassionate visit to injured fans recovering in the hospital.

Some of the cute, lighter moments of the show involved Ariana performing with her boyfriend Mac Miller.

The "Dangerous Woman" singer also joined other acts on stage, including Victoria Monet, Coldplay and the Black Eyed Peas to sing, "Where Is the Love?". "All we feel tonight is love, resilience, and positivity".

Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus perform during the One Love Manchester benefit concert for the victims of the Manchester Arena terror attack at Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester June 4, 2017. The leader of rock band Mumford & Sons then strummed his guitar and sang "Timshel", which includes the lyrics: "But you are not alone in this, and you are not alone in this, as brothers we will stand and we'll hold your hand".

Mumford urged the crowd to "not be afraid". Our thoughts are with everyone that has been affected. Williams serenaded the crowd with his song Strong, changing the words to, "Manchester we're strong".

Seven people were killed and 48 injured in the attack.

The concert - which sold out within just six minutes of tickets going on sale - is happening just one day after the horrific terror attack at London Bridge, where a van hit pedestrians on London Bridge at around 10pm on Saturday night before three men got out and stabbed people around Borough Market.
