With the Cavs down 3-0 and set to host the Golden State Warriors in Game 4 of the NBA Finals Friday night, James spoke of how his family took offense to Cavs owner Dan Gilbert's Comic Sans letter to fans after "The Decision". "We ain't going back'".

LeBron James says Cavs owner Dan Gilbert "completely bashed" him in that infamous 2010 letter about LBJ leaving for Miami. and Bron says it was so disrespectful, it nearly stopped him from returning to Cleveland in 2014.

For now, it appears James and Gilbert are fine, but at the time, the letter really made an impact on him. "And my name is not just myself, it's my wife, my kids, my grandfather, my mother, so many more people". "My mother, so many more people".

James said that his mom and his wife were both skeptical of his decision to return to Cleveland after four seasons in Miami, especially because the 2010 split was so bitter.

"It's more of a bigger picture.all these kids, all these people that need inspiration and a way to get out", James said.

"As much as my mom means everything to me and my wife means everything to me and my kids". I'm not going back with you.

I'm here to offer a ranking, 30 to 1, of the likelihood LeBron James would choose that franchise for his final (or close to it) significant National Basketball Association contract.

Everything worked out in the end for all parties as James has carried the Cavs to three straight NBA Finals since returning, including the team's first-ever title. Gilbert should just be happy James has a strong connection with the state of Ohio.
