Authorities also searched their home on the 900 block of Wayland Circle in Bensalem on Monday. Court records show DiNardo was released late Tuesday after his father posted 10 percent of his $1 million bail. It remains unclear what relationship the missing men have with each other, the DA added. He said authorities "hope and pray" they will all be found alive.

Weintraub plans to ask the judge to set a full-cash bail on the stolen vehicle charge, calling DiNardo an even greater flight risk now.

Prosecutors believe DiNardo may have information about the vanishing of four men whose disappearance has sparked an intense hunt over recent days including an exhaustive inspection of a 90-acre farm in Solebury Township that belongs to DiNardo's family.

Pennsylvania law prohibits a person who has been adjudicated as incompetent or involuntarily committed to a mental institution from possessing a firearm. The other three disappeared Friday.

Fox Philadelphia reports that Dean Finocchiaro has been arrested multiple times in the past. Those charges included assault, driving under the influence and drug possession.

Family members of the missing men arrived Tuesday morning at the search site, about 30 miles south of Easton, flanked by victim advocates from Network of Victim Assistance. He's a scary kid'.

Since then, local and state police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have embarked on an "all hands on deck" search for the men that, to this point, remains "wide open", officials said.

Neither DiNardo's lawyer nor his parents have returned calls for comment from the Associated Press. Weintraub would not say exactly what led authorities there, but on Monday called leads in the case "incredibly hot" and "very fruitful". His family also reportedly owns the large farm in Solebury Township where an active search for the four missing men was launched on Monday.

Weintraub explained Federal Bureau of Investigation officers had been called in to join the search due to their expertise in recovery operations underway at the farm. It's the "totality of circumstances" that help law enforcement decide when a missing person needs to be found quickly.

He says that authorities are trying to confirm reports the four knew each other.

"Some investigations go on until they peter out and we're sort of grasping at straws", he said.

On June 21, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office sent a letter to Bensalem police reauthorizing the February charge against DiNardo, which had been dismissed in May by a magisterial district judge. Several police cars and a backhoe are here.

Officials are keeping information close to the vest as they continue the hunt for four men who vanished last week.

Sturgis and Meo are longtime friends who work in construction for Sturgis' father, Mark Potash. Meo was last seen on Wednesday.

"We've been treating this from the onset as a criminal investigation and nothing has deterred that to this point", the district attorney said.
