Heading into the weekend, details surfaced about a potential $10 million lawsuit getting thrown at Usher over an alleged unprotected sexual encounter.

Usher is in the middle of a very ugly scandal - and a few lawsuits - right now surrounding whether he knowingly exposed several women to herpes, but it may be about to get a whole lot worse.

The new filing, by a Jane Doe, says she and Usher got together in Atlanta on April 16 at her home. She says there was some heavy petting, some kissing, and she performed oral sex on him.

However, they hooked up again 12 days later, this time in a New Orleans hotel, and Usher raw dogged it (condom-less sex). This first suit, which was settled back in 2012 but first reported earlier this week, accused Usher of infecting a sexual partner with herpes.

In legal documents, the Confessions crooner reportedly admitted to having Herpes Simplex 2. Even though the woman did not say if she is infected right now, she is scared about unknowingly being exposed to the virus.

She's suing "U.R. IV" - Usher Raymond IV - for negligence, battery and emotional distress. and is seeking at least $10 million in damages. But, it's not like Usher isn't in the wrong for cheating on his wife and not disclosing his alleged status to the woman.

The court papers obtained by Radar Online, show that the singer first contracted the disease sometime between 2009 and 2010. The performer later denied being a carrier of the non-lethal condition, despite "greenish discharge" from his penis, court documents say.

TMZ reported that this was actually the second time when Usher and this woman, whose identity has not been revealed, had sex.
