The trailer wraps up with some friendly banter between Thor and Hulk whose dynamic is sure to be central to the script. This new Thor installment was directed by Taika Waititi, working from a story written by Craig Kyle and Christopher Yost. But the superheroes waste no time teaming back up to take on Hela who plans to bring Ragnarok, "the end of everything", upon Asgard.

Thor: Ragnarok now has a 4.17 out of 5 ComicBook.com User Anticipation Rating, making it the third most anticipated upcoming comic book movie among ComicBook.com readers. Marvel's cast and creatives behind "Thor: Ragnarok" assembled at this year's event, meeting with fans and talking about the upcoming film. Based on the trailer, Thor and Hulk have to deal with other forces, including a giant wolf and Skurge (Karl Urban), both of which seem to challenge the green monster's superhero might.

Cate Blanchett goes fierce for the new Thor movie.

It positively pours MCU news around this time of the year, thanks to Disney's own D23 convention and San Diego Comic Con landing just a week later.

Thor: Ragnarok will be in United Kingdom cinemas on October 27th. I'm more interested in whether we can do stuff with the performances, sensibilities and tone that is interesting and fresh and feels more like what I would normally make. The director of the movie, Waititi commented that the majority of the film was improvised.

Thor: Ragnarok will burst into theaters November 3rd, 2017. But first he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger-the Incredible Hulk!

In a Russian Doll configuration, we see Mark Ruffalo as Hulk, Cate Blanchett as Hela, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Jeff Goldblum's Grandmaster, Tom Hiddleston's Loki, Tessa Thompson's Valkyrie and Anthony Hopkins' Odin.
