At a NY press conference on Monday, Sharpton, now 21, spoke about the moment she learned about Usher's alleged diagnosis - three years after sleeping with the singer.

At the press conference, Sharpton detailed her encounter with Usher, which she said took place two years ago while she was celebrating her 19th birthday.

Following the show, Sharpton claims a security guard came up to her and asked for her number because Usher was "interested in her".

While news of Usher's alleged sexually transmitted disease first came out because of a lawsuit filed by a woman who claimed she contracted the virus from the crooner, 38, Quantasia insisted she is clean.

Sharpton became a mother past year and has tested negative for herpes, according to Bloom, who said one of the other two plaintiffs does have herpes.

"You need to warn your sex they can make their own decisions", she said.

The company has also referenced lawsuits filed by celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom on behalf of three additional accusers - two female and one male - saying it also won't pay should he succumb to those legal battles as well.

Bloom says the lawsuit is intended at compelling Usher to reveal whether he has herpes or not before having sex with any other person in future.

She appeared at a press conference with Bloom on Monday (07Aug17) to detail her accusations against the R&B musician. The papers also reportedly state that he was diagnosed with herpes simplex 2 around 2009 or 2010 and that he allegedly paid the accuser's medical bills.

She claims that Usher never told her that he had herpes before the two engaged in sexual conduct two years ago.

"No one in America, not even a popular celebrity, is above the law".

Entangled in a sex scandal unflattering, Usher is targeted by three new lawsuits.

She claims Usher arrived at her hotel and they had "sexual contact" before leaving. "I would never have consented if I had known", Sharpton said. "Usher, if you are negative, please say so", she said.

Bloom, who is representing Black Chyna in her revenge-porn case against her ex, reality star Rob Kardashian - explained Usher's actions endangered the safety of her clients.

And despite our best efforts, we have not heard Usher's side of the story; we are, therefore, unable to say whether or not the claims published by Radar Online and TMZ are true. I got a call from Usher on a blocked number, asking me what hotel I was staying in and the room number.

Usher hasn't publicly commented on any of the lawsuits.
