People Aren't Thrilled About Rachel's Fiancé

While the couple aren't planning their wedding yet, Abasolo told host Chris Harrison during the After The Rose special that he's fine with whatever fiancée Lindsay wants. To top it off, the remaining three guys were also there live to react as it all unfolded.

"I was being irresponsible in what I put out", Garrett said. I can't seem to find my witty voice.

Eric was the first to go. "I knew what I was going to do".

But despite this, she is now happily engaged and said, "It feels good to have him [Bryan] with me and by my side". He was upfront and articulate about his feelings for her from the very beginning. Eric explained that his relationship with Rachel was the first time he has ever been in love and that it was a attractive thing. Both parties were clearly hurt, but displaying their discontentment in different ways; Peter was an emotional wreck, while Rachel was on the constant defense. The ring screamed "classy", a word one could use to describe Rachel. "Peter was just being honest". "I knew you were a person that I could spend the rest of my life with, and I let you go because I couldn't get to that same point as you at that time". I can't really speak to my future. Eric gives a stoic goodbye speech, but Rachel is too wrapped up in her Peter drama to care. In a live, three-hour special, Chris Harrison takes Rachel and Bachelor Nation back to those final days in Rioja, Spain, to discuss the hard choices she made along the way. Peter tells Rachel that he is in love with her, but admits that he's not ready to ask her to marry him, but doesn't want to stop being with her. There were several other guys she could have kept around in his spot. This entire process has been tough on me. Their farewell was brutal.

After a lot of cries, she leaves.

Lindsay claimed that listening to his words while in Spain and on top of a lovely castle it was like an 'out-of-body experience'. Raw emotion and unfinished business dominated their conversation. Peter openly criticizing Rachel's desire for an engagement above all was way better than spending any more time than necessary with Bryan.

Her family, too, seemed to doubt him when he visited their home, yet eventually came to accept that he did in fact care very much for Lindsay.

True, Peter might appear to be one of the most genuine, honest contestants in the franchise's history. News. "I just don't think I'm ready for it".

And then there was Bryan.

"You proved to me that throughout all of it I could develop feelings of love, and well maybe things didn't end the way that I hoped, I have you to thank for the feelings that I did have", he said. She finds herself falling in love with all three of these captivating men and terribly torn between them. But who am I to judge their relationship?

Looking back, I feel guilty. We're not saying the small-screen hit is ideal by ANY means, but sometimes it DOES work - the proof is in the pudding...or maybe in the marriage licenses? This season looks extra spicy!
