How much money can a beauty brand whose $29 products sometimes sell out in minutes online make in just a year and a half?

Kylie Jenner's Kylie Cosmetics has been buzzing since it first launched previous year. And Kris is incredibly proud of her "little mogul" and believes her youngest daughter - who turned 20 on Thursday (10.08.17) has well and truly proven herself in the beauty industry.

In comparison, WWD has reported that Estée Lauder Cos.

The business, which includes the star's signature Lip Kits, is on track to see a 25 per cent increase this year with sales projections for 2017 at $386 million.

With her limited edition collections selling out in seconds, and her permanent makeup pieces consistently selling well, it's no wonder Kylie is quite literally rolling on it thanks to her cosmetics concept.

Kylie's network is reportedly around the $50 million mark so she is already halfway there.

Meanwhile, Victoria even alluded to Kylie's half-sister Kim Kardashian West's Paris ordeal - when she was robbed at gunpoint in her apartment without a security presence - and suggested it could have had an influence on her boss' change of policy.

Her brand of cosmetics, Kylie Cosmetics exists only since 2016.

On coping with the pressures of global stardom, Kylie is heard telling best pal Jordyn Woods: "I just want to run away". New editions of the Lip Kits line regularly sell out nearly instantly.

The first product drop included 5,000 units of each lip kit, which go for $29 each.

"It just kind of exploded", she added. "I do want that, but we haven't figured out exactly how we're going to do that and what approach we're going to take". In the beginning, I thought my brand had to be consistent and everything look the same and that was stressing me out. So, Kylie is now ready to trade in pieces of her emotional well-being to sustain her "passion", as she's repeatedly called her beauty business.
