Miley Cyrus has 'spies'

On Wednesday night, Jimmy Fallon hosted former Secretary of State and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on the Tonight Show.

The 24-year-old opened up about her unusual tactic during an interview with Howard Stern - admitting she gets a little nervous when she knows he's acting with a stunner. Writer Jo Firestone was basically all of us when she said, "Thank you, Hillary, for all the work you've done for public health care".

"I get that little butterfly in my stomach", she said, according to the Daily Mail.

"Thank you, Hillary Clinton, for handling this hard transition with more grace than I ever could have imagined", one writer began, seriously enough. Meanwhile, Jasmine Pierce gave Clinton this offer: "Call me day or night, and I will be there with a gallon of ice cream and two spoons to tell you, 'Girl, you are so much better than him.'" Clinton joked that she might totally take her up on that. The "Wrecking Ball" singer - who rekindled her romance with the heartthrob a year ago - has admitted her stomach churns when she learns that her handsome partner is working with attractive women on a new film, but she's happy not to ask too many questions because she has friends who keep an eye on him.

A tearful Miley Cyrus, in the midst of a week-long residency at the show, also made an appearance to pen a thank-you note of her own.

Miley's track Malibu is about the couple's life together, which is the first single from her latest album Younger Now. "You are smart, strong and deserving of every opportunity", Clinton said. (They also hugged, leading Cyrus to write on Twitter, "I got my hug!") Next week, young Noah Cyrus will take her turn on the stage of The Tonight Show-a fitting continuation of Cyrus week, extended family and all.

To Fallon's relief, she promised to to keep speaking out about gun control and other issues now that she didn't have to worry about running for office. It's that 'I can't eat, I can't sleep.' Well, that's because you're so used to depending on someone else.
