Green Bay Packers link arms for anthem before Cowboys game

Davante Adams is just fine, thankfully.

Here are the rest of Green Bay's inactive players: cornerback Lenzy Pipkins, linebacker Joe Thomas, tackle David Bakhtiari, OL Adam Pankey, defensive tackle Montravius Adams and linebacker Chris Odom. Adams won't miss any time despite getting stretched off on a helmet-to-helmet hit last week. The Bears linebacker was flagged for a personal foul on the play, and the league office announced on September 30 it was suspending him for two games without pay for "a violation of safety-related playing rules".

Though it's more hard this year to know just who will most likely suit up until the inactives are announced just prior to the game, we have been encouraged by the sounds coming out of Green Bay. Smith couldn't finish practice Wednesday and didn't participate Thursday and Friday because of tightness in his back.

Adams has 16 catches for 219 yards and two touchdowns in four games this season.

The Dallas Cowboys will be without one of their best players on Sunday. Hits like the one he took from Trevathan are brutal.
