Weinstein - who has children India, seven, and Dashiell, four, with Chapman, as well as Ruth, 14, Emma, 19, and Lily, 22, with his ex-wife Eve Chilton - said of his wife's decision: "I support her decision, I am in counselling and perhaps, when I am better, we can rebuild".

The massage incident wasn't her final encounter with Weinstein.

"Now that we are speaking, let us never shut up about this kind of thing". (She reportedly had video evidence that she gave to the police as well.) An anonymous former Miramax employee using the pseudonym Sarah Smith told the Daily Mail she was raped by Weinstein in the basement apartment below Miramax's offices in southwest London. After she arrived, he told her to sit on the couch, sat next to her and kept telling her she needed to be "good" if she wanted to succeed. Lupita claims several months later, she was invited by Weinstein to join him at his family home in CT for a screening of a film. "And she told me she thought that was disgusting".

Kerr says she backed away from him, left the room and hurried out of the building. "He was not. For the first time since I met him, I felt unsafe", she wrote. She said he approached her at an after-party.

"I knew enough to do more than I did", Oscar-winning Tarantino, 54, told the paper of his friend and mentor, citing several episodes involving prominent actresses.

According to TMZ.com, LAPD is now launching a criminal investigation into Weinstein - who has denied numerous harassment claims brought against him - after the woman claimed to have been approached by him at the Italia Film, Fashion and Art Festival in February, 2013.

During a group setting on another occasion, everything seemed normal around Weinstein. Nyong'o goes on to express her confusion over subsequent encounters with the producer, in which he remained simply charming and amusing.

She agreed to meet him again in NY for a different screening. But they were alone. I have a private room upstairs where we can have the rest of our meal.' I was stunned. "He then dragged me to the bathroom and forcibly raped me". "With all due respect, I would not be able to sleep at night if I did what you are asking, so I must pass", I replied. "He was charming and amusing once more, and I felt confused about the discomfort I had previously experienced", Nyong'o said.

She said she thought it would buy her time to get out of the situation, but then she said the producer said he wanted to take off his trousers.

The Television Academy announced Friday in a statement to the Associated Press that its board of governors has "overwhelmingly chose to initiate disciplinary proceedings concerning Academy member Harvey Weinstein". Mollified by his behavior on that occasion, Nyong'o met Weinstein again in 2011 at his favorite stomping grounds-a hotel. He offered her a movie role, which she turned down.

Nyong'o, who said she's speaking up to end the conspiracy of silence, described several other encounters with him over the years, including some propositions. "I thank the women who have spoken up and given me the strength to revisit this unfortunate moment in my past", she wrote.

"Though we may have endured powerlessness at the hands of Harvey Weinstein, by speaking up, speaking out and speaking together, we regain that power", she concludes. "And we hopefully ensure that this kind of rampant predatory behavior as an accepted feature of our industry dies here and now".
