Prime Minister Narendra Modi is presently addressing an election rally at Rait in Kangra.

"Himachal ko bimariyon se dur karne ke liye Congress rupi dimak ko Himachal ki jad se nikalkar phekna zaroori hain (Congress needs to be dumped to rid Himachal of its ailments)", Mr Modi said.

"DhumalHP Ji, your remarks on BJP's supposed fight against corruption made me laugh". PM Modi said after the Bharatiya Janata Party a few days ago had declared Prem Kumar Dhumal as their Chief Ministerial face for Himachal Pradesh. "Only then can Himachal be freed of this disease". "Congress will observe "blackmoney day" on November 8 and burn my effigies".

Terming the Congress as habitual looters, the PM said it will not let him be in peace as it will have to return its loot due to the reforms he has brought.

Taking a jibe at the Congress, the Prime Minister said: "I have heard that the Congress has lost the trust of its own leaders and is looking for rebels in other parties".

Further he said that in 2014, the Congress had promised to provide nine gas cylinders per year and when the BJP came to power, it provided gas through pipelines.

Appealing to the electorate for heavy polling, the Prime Minster said he had come to seek a three-fourth majority for his party. "Even you know that", he added. "You have a chance again", he said. When we came to power, we made a decision to provide gas through pipelines.

Currently, the Congress party rules the northern Indian state. They have already left the field leaving everything on fate, PM Modi said in Himachal's Raitt.
