Sources close to the production of "All the Money in the World" have said that Plummer began reshoots immediately following the release of new sexual harassment allegations against a teenage boy were directed at the Oscar winning actor, Spacey.

Spacey is now off getting "treatment" probably the same place Weinstein is, probably watching his career go up in flames all around him.

Kevin Spacey plays billionaire John Paul Getty in All the Money in the World, which is set to be released in the USA on December 22.

According to Deadline, director Ridley Scott and Imperative Entertainment producers have now made a decision to replace Kevin Spacey in their finished movie All The Money In The World.

I write this all keeping in mind that, in addition to Scott's decision being the right one, it must have been motivated in large part by Spacey's newfound status within Hollywood as a financial liability-the scandal would likely have tanked the movie.

Ridley Scott and Sony Pictures have been spending the last week or so juggling what to do with the upcoming J Paul Getty drama, All The Money In The World.

Plummer "was reportedly Scott's first choice for the role of Getty, but the director was pressured into casting a bigger name", The Guardian reports. The family chose to come forward, she said, after others went public with allegations of sexual misconduct against Spacey and other celebrities.

The film follows abduction of John Paul Getty III, who was abducted in 1973 at age 16.

But rather than push the film to 2018, Deadline reports that Sony is cutting Spacey out of the movie, reshooting his scenes with Oscar victor Christopher Plummer, and keeping the film's December release date.

U.S. network Netflix has axed further production of Mr Spacey's House of Cards drama, the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences announced it would no longer give the actor a special Emmy award, and his agent and publicist dropped him as a client. Unruh held a press conference, explaining her son was 18 years old when Spacey allegedly his genitals. Spacey announced he was gay in a statement apologizing to Rapp, while claiming he did not remember the alleged incident.
