Thanksgiving Day Grocery Store Hours

A Cabela's flyer indicates that the stores will be open on Thanksgiving Day from 8 6 p.m. Stores in Berlin, MA and Scarborough, ME are excluded.

Nordstrom Rack - 330 Franklin Road - Closed Thanksgiving - The store will be open from 8 10 p.m. on Black Friday - All red tag clearance items will be discounted an additional 30 percent and all women's apparel under $15 will be half off.

While most places are closed, there are a few stores that will be open during some or all of Thanksgiving. The department store will reopen at 6 a.m. on Friday and remain open until 10 p.m.

Walmart will be open staring at 6 p.m.

Kohl's is opening at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving and will stay open through 11:59 p.m. on Black Friday.

Petco: With a store rewards card and any in-store purchase, get a free pair of holiday antlers for your dog or cat Friday and Saturday.

Target is opening at 6pm on Thanksgiving.

Macy's: In-store only, 10 items will be free after mail-in rebates, including: select tote bags, men's Gold Toe Slippers, men's thermal tops, glassware sets, Young Men's Joggers, a Disney Olaf plush toy, graphic sweatshirts, Bella 4-Cup Coffeemaker, Bella 1.5-quart slow cooker, BCBG Maxazria perfume and Lauren Ralph Lauren Logo pillow. A first round of deals will be available November 8-11. The company is also highlighting deals that will only be available at certain hours. Instead, doors will open at 7:45 a.m. on Friday.

Home Deport is closed on Thanksgiving but will open at 6 a.m. on Friday.

Office Depot and OfficeMax stores won't be open on Thanksgiving.

While it's definitely not the time to go buy tons of holiday gifts, sometimes, there's that thing you just desperately need: last minute carving knife replacement, extra plates for surprise guests, emergency band-aids, post-meal Tums, or whatever else a Thanksgiving day could possibly require.
