Watch below the video of Rivera at the Kanawha County Magistrate Court after she was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.

Seven days before police arrested Naya Rivera for domestic battery, the former Glee actress opened up during an interview about who is the "push-over" parent in the relationship between herself and Ryan Dorsey. Police were called to the scene in Chesapeake, where Dorsey claimed that Rivera had hit him over the head while they were taking their 2-year-old child for a walk.

He then released hit single "IDFWU", which appeared to throw shade at his relationship with Rivera.

Kanawha County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Brian Humphreys told E!

The Deputy saw minor injuries consistent with his statement.

Rivera's bond was set at $1,000, and she was released and picked up from the courthouse by her father-in-law.

Shortly after the report came out, Big Sean took to his Twitter tweeting a video many are calling "shady". But she called off the divorce last month, withdrawing her court filing, according to Us.

After two years of marriage, the 30-year-old actress and singer, known for playing Santana Lopez on Fox's musical comedy-drama television series "Glee", filed for divorce and asked for primary physical custody of son Josey Dorsey.

Rivera and Dorsey married in July 2014 and had been friends for at least four years before tying the knot.
