Selena Gomez Is 2017's Most-Followed Instagram Star (Again)

While less directed but still equally lovely, Cristiano Ronaldo's announcement that he had become a father for the fourth time after girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez gave birth just earlier this month.

Nearly a month after Selena Gomez and The Weeknd called it quits back in October, Abelina has officially parted ways on social media.

The results are in and it looks like babies have won Instagram this year.

Receiving 8m likes in the first 24 hours, it is no wonder the now-iconic pregnancy announcement topped the list.

Star Boy has officially done just that and also pressed the unfollow button. The mother's identity was not publicly announced. News. They broke up just about a month ago, but we all know that a relationship isn't really over until one person scrubs all proof of it from your Instagram.

By contrast, Selena - who recently rekindled her romance with Justin Bieber - still has a series of pictures featuring her ex on her own Instagram page. New York was the most Instagrammed city of the year, followed by London, Moscow, Sao Paulo and Paris, whereas Disneyland USA was the most Instagrammed location of 2017, followed by Times Square NY, Central Park NY, Tour Eiffel in Paris, and Tokyo Disneyland.
