An NFL spokesperson told CBS Sports the trio was suspended "pending an investigation" into allegations detailed in an amended complaint filed by Jami L. Cantor, a former makeup artist who worked at the league-owned network.

The lawsuit was initially filed in October, with alleged complaints including age and sex discrimination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, and wrongful termination. However, he thinks the National Football League should have had a cause hearing before suspending Taylor, Marshall Faulk and Heath Evans from the air.

The allegations against Faulk, who attended Carver High School in the 9th Ward, include an instance where he greeted her by "fondling her breasts and groping her behind", the report said. The company claimed she had stolen clothes, an accusation she denies. Since then, a wave of sexual harassment and assault lawsuits have sprung up across Hollywood and in the media and entertainment industries. "Instead, NFL made it more hard for plaintiff to do her job by increasing her work load and cutting her hours". The lawsuit claims that "as time went on, Mr. Faulk became more aggressive, such as inviting Plaintiff to his hotel room, stroking and pulling out his genitals in front of her, pointing to his crotch and asking Plaintiff, 'when are you gonna get on this already?' He also pinned Plaintiff against a wall, demanding oral sex while he pulled his trousers down".

The complaint alleges explicit communications to Cantor from McNabb via text message. Cantor says she was sacked in 2016 "with no prior warning" for allegedly stealing clothing from a player, a charge she denies in the lawsuit. An NFL representative told Bloomberg that Faulk has been suspended from the network.

Hall of Famer Warren Sapp, who was sacked from the network in 2015 after soliciting a prostitute at the Super Bowl, is accused in the suit of urinating in front of Cantor.

Sapp allegedly urinated in the restroom in front of her, allegedly telling her, "sorry mama, but your office shouldn't be our sh****r". "He also pinned (Cantor) against a wall, demanding oral sex while he pulled his trousers down". Those include him allegedly asking her if she "was a squirter" and asking her to "CUM to dinner with him", among other things.
