The 2018 model of the Nokia 6 has been sighted on the brand's website with a price tag that reads ¥1499. It can show you tomorrow, but right now we have information about its performance. In the software department, the Nokia 6 (2018) runs Android 7.1.2 Nougat, but it is expected to get Android 8.0 Oreo update in the coming weeks.

HMD Global has unveiled Nokia 6 (2018) in China, which is the successor to company's mid-budget Nokia 6 smartphone, launched in January 2017. Many of these devices will have until the end of the current quarter in the exhibitions of CES and MWC. Nevertheless, that doesn't mean the Nokia 6 (2018) is outright boring. Some rumors claimed it would sport an 18:9 display, but it looks like HMD plans on having that feature debut on the Nokia 9. In order to accomplish this, HMD Global needed to move the fingerprint sensor to the back panel of the handset. The device comes in Black and Silver colour variants. The upgraded variant makes it a better phone altogether. There's no word on when this model will arrive in other markets, but for now, folks in China can reserve one ahead of the January 10th launch, and they should receive their new phones well ahead of Chinese New Year. The cell phone is controlled by an octa-center Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC, which is timed at 2.2GHz, combined with 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM.

The rear camera is integrated with a 16MP sensor with support for f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, and dual-tone LED Flash. Additionally, the smartphone is said to borrow the Nokia 8's "Bothie" feature which simultaneously shoot photos from the front and rear cameras.

The leaked images first spotted by TechSina via Weibo, reveal the Nokia 6 (2018) with a slightly modified design with a rose gold camera accent running around the rear camera module. However, there's a good chance that the Nokia 6 (2018) will get a wider launch later in the year. It is priced at €191 around ₹14,600 for the 32GB variant and €216 around ₹16,500 for the 64GB variant. The integrated 3000mAh battery will not only be able to deliver an enhanced backup but also helps you to charge the device quickly.
