The world has becoming more popular with the innovations in technology and its gadgets.

People who are fond of reading and are just not able to find time to actually sit down and open a book have begun preferring audio books.

According to a report by 9to5Google, the banner has been spotted on the Google Play website, though some say that the banner is also visible on the Android app. For the unintended, audiobooks are an exact word-for-word version of books, which allows users to listen to them on a music player, smartphone etc. But now, things are changing and the Play Store will be adding a special section for the book lovers with Audiobooks.

The Kindle Paperwhite and Kindle Voyage models, meanwhile, now do not support Audible, as confirmed by Audible's help center. For Android smartphones, Google Play is the primary source to download of apps and games, but it also features a lot of other content. Creating a single hub for it could mean that Google is committed to making the Google Play Store as accessible as possible to all types of fans.

It seems Google is planning to sell audiobooks on its Play Store. So no information regarding this Audiobooks found by any of the users till date. It would be logical for the company to move all the audiobooks to the Google Play Store. Being world's best tech giant, Google can't just put such advertisements for no reason.

You can already get a limited number of audiobooks through the Google Play Music app, but it's not really a fully fledged service. The tear-down also revealed that Play Books will let users cast the audiobooks on Chromecast.

Then again, things will get a bit more cluttered with the addition of an audiobooks section.

There would be plenty of benefits you would get once the giant introduces a complete dedicated Audiobooks section on the Play Store.
