Ant-Man continues, annoyed. Evangeline Lilly, so ideal as Hope Van Dyne in the first film, steps up the plate for the sequel donning her own be-winged super suit as the Wasp. Hope made it clear that had Scott brought her along to fight, they definitely would not have gotten arrested afterwords.

This time around, Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) a.k.a. Ant-Man will no longer be flying (or crawling) solo since he will be joined by Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) a.k.a. The sequel's story revolves around Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Hope van Dyne's (Evangeline Lily) research experiments into the Quantum Realm, in the hopes of rescuing Janet van Dyne, the original Wasp.

The official synopsis says Scott will be grappling with the consequences of his choices after the events of Civil War. It also appears that Hope will be using an upgraded version of The Wasp suit which originally belonged to her mother, Pym's wife, who was the original Wasp.

The "Ant-Man and the Wasp" trailer packs the usual adrenaline gushing visuals standing true to its signature with all the shrinking and the expanding tricks that leaves you dazed and in awe.

Plus, we also get a look at DCEU's Laurence Fishburne playing Ben Foster-better known in the comics as Goliath. Harris, David Dastmalchian and Abby Ryder-Fortson. While the guitar riff heard in the trailer wasn't exactly hidden, it wasn't given too much thought until now, as director Peyton Reed has confirmed it's a very clever Easter egg. Kevin Feige is producing with Louis D'Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Stephen Broussard, Charles Newirth, and Stan Lee serving as executive producers.
