Imran Khan and his new wife's honeymoon destinations revealed

The party issued pictures of Imran's nikah with Bushra Maneka, in which close relatives of Bushra Bibi, who is in her 40s, are seen.

The nikah was solemnised by Mufti Saeed in Lahore at Maneka's residence on Sunday, according to reports.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak and PTI's General Secretary Jahangir Khan Tareen were also present on this occasion.

Khan's previous two marriages, particularly when he Wednesday his first wife, British socialite Jemima Khan, captivated worldwide tabloids as well as local media in the deeply conservative Muslim nation of 208 million people. Reports of his marriage has been doing the rounds since January.

Senior correspondent with The News Umar Cheema broke the story of Imran Khan's third marriage in January this year, but the party denied the report at the time.

Taking a jibe at the PTI leader, Talal said that while Nawaz Sharif was destined to become prime minister for fourth time, Imran's fate was to get married for the third time. His second marriage was with Reham Khan, then a TV anchor, which continued barely 10 months. His first marriage was with Jemima Goldsmith, daughter of a British billionaire in 1995. "This whole process was secretive; no one even knew that I had proposed Bushra".

"If and when the proposal is accepted by Ms Maneka for the marriage, Mr Khan will announce it publicly in the proper manner". She is a resident of Pakpatan district, some 250 km from Lahore, which is known for the shrine of Baba Farid Ganj Shakar.
