Former Mizzou and Oakland Raiders linebacker Aldon Smith is wanted by San Francisco police this morning.

Last year, Smith was detained for "public intoxication" after a auto crash with an unmarked police vehicle.

Smith's fiancee spoke with TMZ and confirmed that she called police to report Smith had assaulted her on Saturday night, but she said she is mostly anxious about Smith getting help for his substance abuse problem.

Smith, 28, became an All-Pro with the San Francisco 49ers after being drafted with the 7th overall selection in the 2011 draft, but was released after his fourth arrest in 2015.

Smith checked into a rehab facility in 2016 after a video that appeared to show him with marijuana, although he denied it was him. And I'm scared for his life with his addiction.

Smith played nine games for Oakland in 2015 and made 3.5 sacks.

Now his fiancée tells TMZ that the former National Football League star has been checked into rehab following a domestic violence incident on Saturday night. She also says that it's her parents that would take Smith into rehab.

Smith took to Instagram to respond to the domestic violence allegations, saying "you all are wrong". "He complied. They went and got him".

In an effort to find him, San Francisco police asked Smith to reach out to investigators.

And in 2013, Smith turned himself in on three felony counts for possessing illegal assault weapons after a stabbing incident. He added Smith fled the San Francisco home before officers arrived.
