After two losses, Doughty claimed there's no way Vegas would be better than L.A.by the end of the season, which he was right about, as the Kings went on to beat them in the final two regular season games.

McNabb scored from the right circle, beating Jonathan Quick's glove, at 4:04 of the second for his first career playoff goal. "Now all of a sudden, we're moving on to the second round of the playoffs". "They were all one-goal games, right?" Smith's efforts have helped Vegas get into Round 2 of the postseason following a series sweep against the Kings. They had a shooting percentage of 2.3% as Fleury made 127 saves on 130 Kings shots. The Sharks now lead the Ducks three games to none and have scored 18 goals in their first three games. "We can't forget how this feels".
