Square Enix has announced a new game called The Quiet Man, and released its announcement trailer.

The Square Enix E3 2018 showcase is at 10:30pm IST (10am PST) on June 11.

We'll be seeing a lot of the games in the flesh over the next couple of days, so we'll be able to talk about them in more detail then. From the looks of it, it's a fantasy-themed action game with possible co-op (right at the end of the teaser trailer we can see four characters standing together, presumably before entering battle).

Either way, this one has a low-key, gritty visual aesthetic compared to other Square Enix games, so it should be interesting to follow moving forward.

More information was promised in August, which perhaps means Gamescom. The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit, a new game in the Life is unusual universe, and the Xbox version of Nier: Automata were also announced yesterday, stripping today's presentations of any real excitement.

The video talks us through the new additions to Just Cause 4, the most prominent of these being the extreme weather system.

Just Cause 4 is a showcase for Avalanche's latest upgrade to the studio's open world Apex engine. Could there be more about Final Fantasy XV? A lot of games that were presented at Microsoft's E3 press conference.
