Photo From ‘Wonder Woman’ Sequel Reveals Chris Pine’s Return

The third 'Wonder Woman' movie is in production and images are starting to emerge from the set, giving fans a hint of what the movie will look and feel like. She also used the #WW84 hashtag to go along with the sequel's official title: Wonder Woman: 1984.

Not only does Gadot look stunning (as always), but she's here to let everybody know that she's back.

Patty Jenkins returns to direct Wonder Woman 1984, which arrives on November 1, 2019.

The Israeli actress, who plays the titular crime fighter with the cool charm bracelets, shared a photograph on Twitter of herself in full costume, complete with gold headband, and captioned the snap: "She's back..."

Suit aficionados may spot some minor differences in the suit (are those colors a little more of the classic, punchy red and blue?), but the casual observer will be happy to note that Wonder Woman 2 is taking the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality to Gadot's costume.

Wonder Woman 1984 is filming in Alexandria, Virginia and so far, we've seen Chris Pine rocking a fanny pack, Diana Prince in some business outfits, and some break dancers.

Okay, so there's not much to glean from that - her costume isn't noticeably different than it was in other films, at least not in a way that I'm immediately seeing. Chris Pine will return as Steve Trevor and we're all about as confused about that as Steve Trevor is about windbreakers.

The first Wonder Woman movie was the biggest success that the DCEU has seen thus far, shocking almost everybody, including Gal Gadot and Patty Jenkins.
