The Aberdeen-born bride, wearing a flowing ivory gown and veil, arrived nearly an hour later with her father, Sebastian Leslie, in his Land Rover.

The ceremony will be held at the remote Wardhill Castle in Aberdeenshire, which has been in Leslie's family for 900 years, said the Daily Mail.

A Benedictine monk - father Chad Boulton - will be officiating the ceremony.

Sophie, who plays Sansa Stark in the show, accessorised her wedding look with a pair of red-rimmed cat eye shades and gold hoop earrings.

The castle also features eight bedrooms, and the expectation is that Harington and Leslie will spend their wedding night in the room known as Laird's Bedroom.

A wedding date of June 23 was previously posted at Aberdeenshire's Huntly registration office.

The couple - who played on-screen lovers Jon Snow and Ygritte - met on the fantasy show in 2012. They officially announced their engagement last fall in the sweetest way.

The duo, who began dating back in 2012, broke the news of their engagement by placing an announcement in The Times newspaper. Both weddings feature good-looking Brits, famous actors, and nobility (Rose Leslie is legit a member of a Scottish noble family).

She left the show in 2014, but Harington's iconic character has appeared in every episode.

"I can't wait until next year". As fans recall, Leslie portrayed Ygritte, who was the love interest of Harington's Jon Snow throughout seasons 2-4.

"The country is handsome. the Northern Lights are magical.it was there that I fell in love".

Something tells us this is the happiest wedding the Game of Thrones cast has ever seen. I'm a sucker for a beaming dad on his daughter's wedding day. "I popped my question a bit early", he said on Britain's "The Jonathan Ross Show".
