Dez Bryant had a busy Thursday evening.

On Thursday, Browns general manager John Dorsey told the Cleveland Plain-Dealer he has been trying to get in contact with Bryant, but the former Cowboys receiver "won't return any phone calls".

If Bryant and Dorsey can't agree on whether they've talked, how can they hash out mutually acceptable contract terms? He said he was still getting himself ready and was enjoying spending time with his children. Bryant, however, just might be too tough to get a hold of. And Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry's fireball speech shown on the first episode of the hit HBO series "Hard Knocks" seems to have attracted Bryant, who was released by Dallas on April 13.

Indeed, reports emerged late in July that Bryant is being choosy about who he plays for next, but his tweets last night indicate interest in a team that didn't win a game previous year. "But I would be shocked if he's not on a team within the first couple weeks of the season". So this time I'm choosing to be 100 percent for sure.

Dorsey said Bryant hadn't returned his calls. "I'm not playing with no pain.mental and physical work plays a huge part in football".
