Zlatan Ibrahimovic described seven-year-old singer Malea Emma as the "MVP" of LA Galaxy's 3-0 defeat of Seattle Sounders on Sunday.

The official LA Galaxy Twitter was quick to shout out Tjandrawidjaja and call her performance one of the best national anthem performances in the history of the StubHub Center, where the Galaxy play their home games. She appeared as the victor of the Galaxy's first ever #GalaxySocial national anthem contest.

"I was thinking that I can not do anything wrong because it's a really special song to America", Malea Emma told ABC News Monday. Her reaction to winning included yelling and jumping on her bed - exactly what you'd expect from a 7-year-old. She has already performed at Carnegie Hall and recently took the stage at the Hollywood Bowl.

"I started singing when I was 1 - even before I could talk", she adorably concluded.

Usually it is Zlatan Ibrahimovic who attracts all the attention when LA Galaxy take to the field, but that was not the case ahead of their game against Seattle Sounders on Monday.

"I want to be a doctor, and a singer, and a pianist and a violinist", she told the news service.

Before singing to Sunday's crowd, she practiced - singing to a lamp.
