Since large parts of the films are shot at the iconic Pinewood Studios, fans in the United Kingdom have often been treated to exciting behind-the-scenes news and random Star Wars fun as a bonus. This morning Bob Chapek, chair of Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products, released the official names of the two main attractions coming to the new Star Wars-themed land at Disneyland and Walt Disney World - Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. You can hear some of his Galaxy's Edge music here.

In addition to unveiling John Williams' new theme for the immersive parks experience, Disney Parks released two new videos that offer a look at the two cornerstone rides-as well as their names. Disney added that there's more music in the works, so you might want to keep those tissues on hand for a while.

Construction of Galaxy's Edge is well along, with its spires reaching far above the construction walls at Hollywood Studios.

Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run allows guests to channel their inner Han Solo (or Chewbacca/Lando Calrissian) by placing them at the controls of the fastest ship in the galaxy. If you're a fan of the new trilogy then you might remember BB-8 taking charge of a First Order one and saving the day in The Last Jedi!

The other ride is a simulator called "Star Wars: Ride of Resistance". Rise of the Resistance, places guests in a battle between the First Order and the Resistance.

Disney on Saturday announced some details of the new "Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge" lands, opening in 2019.
