They don't come much bigger than retail giant Amazon which has just launched two new distributed ledger services.

VMware Cloud on AWS Outposts will bring consistent hyperscale cloud infrastructure and innovative services to the data center in a jointly engineered solution that can eliminate the customer burden of managing on-premises hardware.

"AWS Security Hub is created to help AWS customers quickly aggregate, categorize and prioritize the findings of AWS-native security tools that run natively on AWS", said Chris Noell, Senior Vice President, Engineering at Alert Logic. The new offerings include AI services for developers, models and algorithms for Amazon SageMaker, automatic data labeling and reinforcement learning services, and AWS-optimized versions of TensorFlow and other familiar machine learning libraries.

AWS Security Hub is a central place to manage security and compliance across an AWS environment so that customers can quickly see their AWS security and compliance state in one comprehensive view.
