The very last page of the book is several pages thick and when you turn it over you will find the McLaren Edition OnePlus 6T embedded into the back of the book.

The OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition looks a lot like the standard OnePlus 6T from the front - both have an nearly all-screen design with a teardrop notch above it.

It comes with a special design inspired by McLaren's supercars. The McLaren Edition also ships with 256GB of storage - something that's already available on higher-end standard 6Ts - and a fast charging technology OnePlus is calling Warp Charge 30.

You may not be able to afford a McLaren, but what about a McLaren smartphone?

It seems like we can expect more McLaren editions of OnePlus devices in the future, too.

The most obvious upgrade is the McLaren 6T's 10GB of RAM, compared to the 6GB or 8GB on the regular model. That's according to OnePlus CEO Pete Lau, who shared the news in an interview with PCMag.

Just as we all expected, the first product to come out of this recently-announced partnership between McLaren and OnePlus is a phone.

OnePlus got itself in hot water with Bragi over the use of the "Dash" name, but now there's Warp Charge, which makes its debut on the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition.

And yet unlike other auto manufacturers equivalents such as the Porsche Design Huawei Mate RS and Oppo Find X Automobil Lamborghini Edition, this one is somewhat affordable. The device is the first one for the Chinese smartphone company that is designed in association with the Formula 1 or F1 racing team McLaren.

The back is also created to let light streak across it, and the bottom edge is "Papaya Orange" (McLaren's signature color), a shade which streaks part way up the sides before disappearing. Instead of the device itself being Papaya Orange (which would have looked gaudy), the device looks like it has been carved out of a McLaren vehicle. Arriving at a starting price of $699, the special edition model will go on sale beginning December 13 in North America and Western Europe.

The signature McLaren color, Papaya Orange, races around the bottom edge of the device before fading into black.

Fans could also see the famous McLaren logo emblazoned across the rear of the device. So, you're essentially paying extra for a bump up in RAM, faster charging, and McLaren branding.

With downloads that fast you could transfer a full HD movie to your phone in under one minute.
