Ariana Grande Confirmed As Coachella Headliner As 2019 Line-Up Revealed

After joining Kygo for a surprise appearance during the festival's second weekend past year, Ariana Grande will make her headlining debut on Sunday.

Saturday's bill includes Solange, Kid Cudi, J Balvin, Wiz Khalifa, Sheck Wes, Idris Elba, Virgil Abloh, Sabrina Claudio, SiR, and Murda Beatz.

Among the highlights for the third day are Khalid, Zedd, Gesaffelstein, Bad Bunny, Chvrches, YG, Playboi Carti, H.E.R., and Pusha-T.

Coachella takes place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California and runs over two weekends, April 12-14 and April 19-21.

Weirdly enough, it wasn't Kanye who stole all the Coachella headlines Thursday.

Festival tickets go on sale on at 8am tomorrow (January 5) NZ time.

The report suggested he did not want to stick to the traditional static rectangular platform, branding it "artistically limiting", and wanted instead to bring in his own contraption, but they declined to give in to his demands and talks fell through.
