After the Rockets snuck past the Golden State Warriors 135-134 in the overtime thriller, Rockets general manager Daryl Morey reflected on Harden's historic run.

The Rockets were thankful for James Harden and the referees should be, too. He was only 13/32 from the field but was 10/23 on threes, making a 3-pointer to tie the game and send it to OT, and another to win the game in overtime.

On the following possession, Harden knocked in the game-winning three from deep despite being surrounded by Golden State defenders. "I don't know where it ranks but I'm just happy to come away with the win", Harden said. I get to the basket, aggressive, I shoot my shot.Don't foul me on my jump shot.

Warriors star Kevin Durant attempted a 3-pointer at the end of the game, but missed. "I had confidence that it was going to go in". Including his 50-point game against the Lakers on 13 December Harden has scored at least 30 in 11 straight.

Harden surpassed 40 points for the fifth straight game as he finished with 44, in addition to 15 assists and 10 rebounds.

"He just did what he does", Warriors coach Steve Kerr said, via 95.7 The Game.

Steph Curry led the Warriors with 35 points, shooting 14-of-27 from the field, and Durant and Thompson each added 26.
