After reports that Kanye West pulled out from performing last minute, due to issues over "staging" the festival finally released their line up. But in addition to joining an elite Coachella 2019 lineup, including Childish Gambino and Tame Impala, the "No Tears Left to Cry Singer" has another reason to celebrate: She's making history.

Sources told TMZ that West, 41, refused to perform on the traditional 60x40-foot stage provided at the Indio, Calif., festival because he felt it was "artistically limiting".

Coachella is one of the biggest dates in the music calendar and this year's line-up has finally been revealed... with none other than Ariana Grande headlining! Festival organizers tapped Grande in his place.

Despite having to clean up after Myron, Grande has already had an exciting start to the new year.

Among the highlights for the third day are Khalid, Zedd, Gesaffelstein, Bad Bunny, Chvrches, YG, Playboi Carti, H.E.R., and Pusha-T. Coachella 2019 begins April 12 and closes out on April 21.

Childish Gambino, too, had quite the year in 2018, and it's hard to believe that this year's Coachella will mark almost a year since his Grammy-nominated (and by April, potentially Grammy-winning) "This Is America" dropped.

After the announcement, fans immediately took to Twitter to express their excitement, anticipation, and mild confusion over the fact that the lineup also included DJ Idris Elba.
