R. Kelly and his properties are under investigation by the Fulton County D.A. The D.A. has gotten into contact with R. Kelly's alleged sex slave Joycelyn Savage for questioning.

ET Live recently spoke to high-profile attorney Gloria Allred, who talked about what legal action may follow Surviving R. Kelly.

"If it wasn't just black women who R. Kelly had been molesting and abusing - if it wasn't just black women - he would have been attacked by the system in a different way".

Over the past three days, a massive six-part documentary series titled Surviving R. Kelly aired in the USA, detailing the many allegations of sexual assault and pedophilia against singer R. Kelly. "The documentary really speaks for itself", Gerald Griggs, the Savage family's attorney, told Spin.

When contacted about the reports by Yahoo on Tuesday, the Fulton County District Attorney's office said: "We do not have any comment at this time".

According to TMZ, the accused sex offender has vowed "to expose his accusers" for what he claims were "blatant" lies spewed in the recently released Lifetime docu-series "Surviving R. Kelly".

R Kelly has been at the centre of many conversations since the debut of Surviving R Kelly, based on decades-long allegations of sexual abuse against the R&B star.

Former R. Kelly protégé Sparkle has finally offered some clarity over why she introduced her pre-teen niece to the singer even though she suspected at the time that he was having sexual relations with young, underage girls.

Despite all of that documentation, R. Kelly continues to deny all allegations launched against him. "When I start to see 20-30 women of all different ages come out on a well-put together recap of what's happened", he says.

Kelly was indicted [in the spring of 2002] on multiple child-pornography charges and faced up to 15 years in prison.

"Surviving R. Kelly" aired over three nights on Lifetime starting January 3. In the series, there are parents that claim Kelly still has their daughters housed somewhere, and that they can not contact them, including a family who hasn't seen their daughter since her 2016 high school graduation, Complex reported.

Kelly has continued to deny all allegations against him, and he is not now charged with any crimes. Mute R. Kelly has been trying to raise the level of awareness. Though I personally stopped supporting R. Kelly years ago, I began to ponder why men weren't as vocal during the rise of the #MuteRKelly movement, myself included.
